The Joy of Decreasing Balances

Getting rid of debt is a huge relief — unlike anything else I’ve ever really felt in my life.  And the great thing about it, which I noticed pretty quickly, was that once I had a written plan and put it into action, I got a little jolt of energy every month.  Just looking at those decreasing balances was a tremendous spirit-lifter.  When the red numbers in my charts got smaller, I knew the money machinery was geared-up and working.  I was heading in the right direction.

    Just a question,
how well does the repayment plan hold up against a court judgement. I have sent muy repayment plan to my creditors, with a wait and see attitude. What happens if they dont like my plan, and they take me to court and garnish my wages. Does the judge take into consideration my bills, and wgat I can pay every month, or does he give the collection what ever they ask.

This is my first month in the plan, and all of the letters to my creditors, I have been saving copies of.
